Mr. Bramson brings over 35+ years of brokerage experience in the real estate industry and serves as the Senior Managing Director and co-head of the Los Angeles Capital Markets Business at JLL, a company he joined as part of the HFF acquisition in 2019 at which time he was responsible for leading the investment advisory business in Chicago for JLL Capital Markets.  Mr. Bramson’s experience includes brokerage, client relationships, investment, and managerial expertise. 

Mr. Giusto serves as Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig LLP’s Global Real Estate Practice and has over 35+ years of experience in the practice of law. Mr. Guisto’s experience includes legal expertise in acquisition, disposition, leasing, management and development of real estate assets, multistate real estate and corporate transactions, and financings and land-use matters.  Mr. Guisto’s representation of some of the largest corporations in the world in the matters of real estate transactions has him recognized as one of the best lawyers in the United States; a distinction that he holds to this day in his continued practice of law. 

Mr. Kropp serves as a Trustee of American Homes 4 Rent and Chairman of its Audit Committee, a Director of FSKKR Capital Corp as well as a Chairman of their Valuation Committee and a member of their Audit Committee, and as the Lead Independent Director of KKR Select Real Estate Investment Trust.  Mr. Kropp’s experience includes experience in investment, accounting, auditing, and finance expertise.  Mr. Kropp has over 45+ years of financial and investment experience working with some of the largest REITs and real estate related companies in the country. 

Mr. Lowe serves as Executive Vice President of Lincoln Harris CSG, and as an officer of Lincoln Property Company.  Mr. Lowe is responsible for the management of Lincoln’s Healthcare Services Group and has been with Lincoln since 1997.  Mr. Lowe has over 35+ years of property management experience and has been responsible for the management of the healthcare group for one of the largest property management firms in the country.

Mr. Wolf serves as the Publisher and Founding Editor of HREI™ (Healthcare Real Estate Insights), the only national media organization entirely dedicated to covering healthcare real estate (HRE) development, financing, and investment.  Under Mr. Wolf’s leadership HREI’s HRE sector innovations include HREInsights.com, HREI Resource Guide™, HREI Insights Awards™, HREI Weekly e-Newsletter™, and Bioscience Real Estate Insights™.  Mr. Wolf has over 35+ years of marketing and editorial experience in the healthcare real estate industry and is responsible for the launch of the most significant national media organization in the healthcare real estate industry as noted above.
